Not to worry.: The size of the prostate is not as important as the symptoms the prostate can cause. Many large volume prostates cause no urinary bother, and some smaller prostates do. If you are having greater urinary urgency, frequency, nighttime voids, weak stream, or incomplete emptying of the bladder, see a urologist for evaluation. Otherwise, a volume of 23.6g is not in itself, significant.

Mildly enlarged prostate and slight sludge in bladder.Taking roliflo od 2 mg one capsule a day before going to bed. Pvr , pas reports show normal.
