38y.o. man w/ mildly enlarged prostate noted incidentally on pelvic mri. path report recommended more specific prostate mri but doc thought unnecessary due to psa being wnl (.9 psa & 32.2% free psa). worrisome for cancer? push for mri or no big deal?

So far, the course of events and decisions by your doctor seem reasonable and appropriate. But at your age of 38 yrs., suggest you be a bit proactive and see a urologist to cover all possibilities.
