Don't touch it !: Let an oral surgeon take a look at it. It needs to be determined if it is an ulceration caused by trauma or a lesion that needs to be removed. This is not something you can do yourself.

Any white spot : That persists for more than a week or two under your tongue needs to be evaluated by your dentist or an oral surgeon/oral pathologist. Please seek this exam with any oral concern that fails to resolve in the short term.
