Vascular surgeon: A very difficult problem, best addressed in an academic, tertiary care facility with a team that includes an oncologist, head and neck surgeon, and vascular surgeon. There is no easy answer here. Please accept my most heartfelt wish for your good outcome.

Takme it out: First make sure its amalignant tumor whether its thyroid or lymphatic or neurological in origin get a good work up and try and remove safely at competent place with experience inthese types of cases usually vascular surgeons and some ents highly specialized.
