Allergies: Depending on how bad they are, they can be pretty annoying and disable to your ability to think straight.

Do you have it?: Allergy is not usually a disability in daily life. However if you have occupational allergy , it may cause a change in career and in that sense it is a disability. No one wants to be unhealthy and most people with allergic diseases do live a relatively normal life given the appropriate treatments.
