Common: Unfortunately food allergies are quite common. If you develop many of them, i recommend you see an allergist to make sure you don't have an underlying condition like lupus and also to treat you for hypersensitivy syndromes and to teach you what to avoid.

See your MD: I would highly recommend seeing your md and also have him refer you to an allergy specialist. Probably more going on than just allergies.
