Not a disability: Since you are able to control what you eat a food allergy doesn't need any accommodation. Are there other issues that need to be considered?

Provide context ?: Being blind is a disability. If you are not blind and can read the ingredients of any food product your food sensitivities are an inconvenience, not a disability. When you submit a question if there are special circumstances that apply, you should describe them. Are you forced to eat foods provided at your job ? Would they ignore your food sensitivity ? If not, the answer is simple, no.
