Sensitivity to sweet: Can be caused by cavities, broken fillings, leaky margins on fillings, cervical erosions, abrasions and abfractions, occlusal erosions. It's best to see your dentist in order to determine specifically what's going on in your mouth. Also, these issues are better taken of sooner rather than later as things tend to get worse over time.
