Can't say: What kind of tooth ache? Some pain gets worse with cold, some with sweets, or by chewing.. Find out what make your pain better and eat something that does not irritate your teeth and make them ache. Best thing to do is find a dentist and take care of your pain asap so you can go back to doing the things you love.

Soft and temperate: Nothing too cold or too hard. See your dentist asap to take care of that problem before it gets worse.

Eat Soft Foods: which will provide good nourishment and at the same time relieve your pain too. Toothache is a very healthy nerve sending signals to your brain that something is out of balance and visit to your dentist is a must.
