Soft, bland: Soft , bland foods. Easy to swallow. Applesauce, yogurt, pudding, mashed potatoes, jello, smoothies (add some whey protein), scrambled eggs. If you need meat/fish, cut verysmall, eat little bits and slowly. Drink lots of liquid with meal. Avoid spices, acidic foods/drinks, and extremely hot foods/liquids. Rinse with warm salt water frequently.
