Fl- Varnish: I would get a Fluoride varnish treatment from your dentist. This Fluoride can slow a cavity down for up to a month.

Slow cavities: It depends on the size of your cavities and how many you have. The first and best way is effective brushing and flossing. There is xylitol containing drops, toothpaste, and candies that can slow or halt cavities. There is also rx toothpaste with extra fluoride. If you have a lot of cavities these need to be repaired or they act as seed areas to spread the decay.
