See a dentist: The only thing that you can do is to get decay treated. Once it has progressed thru the outer enamel into the dentist you need a filling. See a dentist for an. Examination and treatment. Brushing, flossing, diet and fluorides are important in the prevention of future cavities.

Good oral hygiene: To reduce cavities, you probably need to floss, brush and use anti-plaque toothpaste. Regular check-ups also so the dentist can do exam and fix cavities before they get bigger. Some advise 3-month routine follow-up if needed. Hope this helps.
