Foreign body nose: You definitely should not try to push a foreign body around in your nose. See a doctor for a diagnosis, and if you have a foreign body, the doctor will advise you on what needs to be done to help you with the problem.

Foreign body: The foreign body may cause damage, but it is doubtful that it would cause a blood clot. Seek help from an ear nose and throat specialist.
