Carious lesions: You probably have cavities which are filled with bacteria. When you eat sweets, so do the bacteria, which release acid as a by-product, and that's why your teeth hurt. Call a local dentist for an appointment and have them restored. If you don't, you may end up with a very expensive treatment plan.

Cavity: Most of the time this indicates that you could have cavities in your teeth. Need to have an exam at a dental office.
