More info needed...: Any gingival recession? How deep are the restorations? Are they amalgam or composite? Sensitivity to cold, or just sweets? All of your new fillings or just one of them? Answers to these questions as well as an exam would be needed for a meaningful answer. If your dentist cannot seem to find the cause it may be necessary for a second, local opinion.
