Pain: Pain is a red flag telling you that something is wrong. After any surgical procedure, including a dental restoration, a healing period is to be expected. If pain does not begin to diminish by 48 hours after the procedure, call your Dentist. In the meantime take OTC analgesics exactly as per package instructions. Avoid anything too hot or too cold.
