I have frequent urination at night every two hours. my urine is clear not cloudy. i don't drink sodas anymore or eat sweets. my knee is swollen and painful. i wake up very thirsty with dry mouth. and my skin hurts its hurts to touch?

Suggest a visit to a uro-gynecologist, but also include a urinalysis and culture. Have your knee evaluated by orthopedic surgeon, who might also assess possible fibromyalgia, or poly myalgia rheumatica. Do get screened for possible pre-diabetes.
