When you see results depends upon your current weight and how many calories you can lose over time. See results???: It depends on what you mean. If you want to see results on the scale, it can be as little as a day. If you are waiting to see visible results in the mirror, many other factors come into play - like how much you weigh to begin with. If you are 200 pounds overweight, you may drop 20 pounds and not notice.
