A member asked:

How long will it take for me to see weight loss results from jogging/running?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends: It depends on a number of things. First it depends on your initial weight. If you're severly overweight, it may take a while before you notice a change even if you lose a few pounds. Second, it depends on your diet. If you don't watch your diet, you could end up taking in more calories than you burn. But as long as you watch your diet and continue working out, you will see an improvement.
