What will the hospital do for a migraine?

Bad idea: The hospital will charge a small fortune for your visit, and an er is bright, noisy, with loads of irritating activity, which will definitely make you feel far worse. The pain shot will wear off by 4-5 hrs, and the headache pain may accentuate. Best to see a neurologist, get a preventative approach, with rx meds or otc preps. Maybe acupuncture or botox.
