You agree: Hope you know this: It's often not either/or but rather both - and more! Even your low BP is a tad high - worthy of attention - not necessarily Rx. Ccoming down quickly is good, but don't be complaisant. Your other cardiac issues say live a 5-star healthy style! Get a good diet/exercise plan - avoid salt, soda,smoking and excess stress - moderate alcohol. CBT therapy/Meditation/Yoga can all help
