Avoid hospital: The er is likely the "worst place on earth" for those experiencing a migraine. It is expensive, busy, bright, noisy, and you will have to likely wait. Furthermore, if you do get an injection, it will last about 3-4 hrs maybe. Go to your doctor's office if you cannot wait. Better yet, try to get sleep, as this often is a solution.
