Could be: This may be a transient bout of it i hope although not being to sleep is the definition of insomnia. You may benefit from talking to a physician if it persisted beyond a night or two. Improving your sleep hygiene may also benefit you in many ways and this would include a reduction in light around the hours of sleep and also attempting to reduce exposure to caffeine.

Agree w Dr Tapia,: Would not call this a clinical problem at this point. Try use of good sleep hygiene. Retire ; rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark ; cool ; use only for sex ; sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs ; no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Keep dinner moderate sized ; finish at least 2 to 3 hrs before sleep. Can try warm milk, >>.
