Many options: Difficulty sleeping could be due to a number of reasons. It could be due to an emotional health issue, physical health issue, or a combination of both. Start by getting connected to you primary care physician to rule out medical reasons. If you are stressed or struggling emotionally in any way seek out a psychologist to help you manage and cope.
