No: The radiation given off by your cell phone isn't the kind that damages tissue. The "controversy" is being kept alive by crooks and by venal politicians. The "science" is total junk. In the biggest study, there were 10% more brain tumors on the OPPOSITE side from the cell phone. Stop worrying -- Mr. Putin's not scared.
