Probably not, but...: I would put your phone on airplane mode when it is under your pillow. That way, it is not receiving cell signals. We don't know if cell phones are truly safe, and I worry more in young people like you. Since you shouldn't be getting calls while you're sleeping, you can still use the alarm with your wi-fi and cellular service off, decreasing the electromagnetic exposure to your brain.
