Talk to someone!: You don't have cancer! You have something even WORSE- fear of cancer...when you share this feeling with someone you trust, they will pop this fear like a pin in a balloon, just by listening. We all have fears, sometimes we obsess and let them control our thoughts. Shout "NO!" If these intrusive thoughts come, then reassure yourself with "I am fine" -repeat until the thoughts leave. Try meditation
