Sleep: Usually encourage tapering off of caffeine if you were using high amounts of a long period of time. If this isn't done, you could develop withdrawal symptoms which could impact sleep. Eliminating or reducing caffiene is just one part of good sleep hygiene. I can't tell you how fast it will take for your sleep to show major improvement. Here are some tips: 1. Keep a regular bedtime & wakening.
