?: it is affecting your well being. Sleep deprivation has a long list of side effects that can be accessed on google. However, at your age it is highly unlikely that this bad for your body, such as heart, lungs and brain. We all went through this at one time in our life; and coffee is probably good for you. I certainly like my doble espresso!
