Will a c-section scar stop me from being able to get a flat tummy?

Nope.: A "postpartum potbelly" is usually the result of laxity of the abdominal wall and separation of the rectus abdominus muscles after pregnancy and childbirth. The treatment is an abdominoplasty, in which the muscles are repositioned in the midline and excess skin and fat is removed. This should only be undertaken when you are finished having children. The scar has nothing to do with it.
