Hi dr ,its 1 month now for c section.. can i tie belt to my tummy and how long c section scars and pain will be?

Should be fine: One month after a c-section without complications, it should be just fine to wear a belt. The pain should be gradually going away. How long that takes varies just as there is a variation in peoples pain threshold and the scar will continue healing and the scar tissue will change/mature/fade for thew next 6 months or so (again this varies from woman to woman). Hope this helps.
