Many things : U really need to see a physician in person. There can be many nutritional deficiencies after bypass and these need to be looked at. Anemia can make u shaky and dizzy as well. U may need to see hematology and dietician.

Anemia: Make sure you are taking iron with vitamin c daily. You should also get you blood sugar checked when you feel weak and shaky. Gastric bypass patients can occasionally get hypoglycemic and that may actually be the cause of your symptoms.
