Further evaluation: You headaches and pain on the left eye could be related- cluster headache for instance- but could also be caused by other cause that still needs to be evaluated. The dizziness can be related to anemia. However it is not easy to really figure out what is going on without examining you. See your doc and have yourself checked. If you are anemic also needs to know what is the cause. Good luck.
