Doc gave me 325mg of ferr.sulfade for 10/12 anemia. i didnt take one today so is feeling dizzy/woozy normal? even tho 10 isnt far from normal 12?

Try more fluids toda: Missing one dose will not contribute to dizziness--and the Hg of 10 is low, but if stable and not falling--will respond to the Iron therapy. Many times the dizziness is just from fluid deprivation Try drinking a little more fluids today. If still having the problem then a repeat Hg at the MD office would be good

Yes: Yes, a hemogbin of 10 could explain the feeling of diziness and lightheadness. If your anemia is due to iron deficiency and not due to ongoing blood loss you should take the iron as it should lead to a rapid improvment of your hemoglobin
