Your symptoms: are probably not caused by hypoglycemia, but something else, assuming your measurements are accurate. Have your doctor look into other causes of your symptoms.

Does eating help?: If those symptoms go away when you eat food or drink a sugar-containing fluid, then they might still be due to low blood sugar. While waiting for appt, try cutting down on refined carbohydrates and sugar: sweets, white bread, processed cereals. These cause a spike in blood sugar and then a spike in insulin, which makes your blood sugar drop. Could cause your symptoms. Eat high-protein food instead
