Not really: Rt bbb is a common ekg finding and it may occur in some medical conditions.But it is also common in some people with normal heart it occurs in conditionsthat effect the right ventricle or the lungs.If you are otherwise healthy and no other symptoms and your doctor gave you clean chit, than you do not need to stress over it every day.

Couple of ECGs showed: sinus rhythm, incomplete RBBB, extreme axis deviation, normal ST. Stress test and echocardiogram were considered normal. Is the extreme axis deviation something to worry about even if everything else seems normal?
31/M- Ecgs always show RBBB related changes (especially at fast heart rate). Stress echo done 6 months back normal. In 2016, perfusion + tmt - normal. In 2011 (age-21), angiography normal. Anxiety + chest itichness+ soreness (most of the day).Help?
