BBB: ECG QT interval prolongation can be a concern with azithromycin,the bundle block adds to the measured QT interval ,however the more relevant measure is the JT interval that ECG machines don't record/measure,consult locally with the prescribing physician.Also don't delay antibiosis with out the prescriber being aware.
