I was told by my cardiologist i have right bundle branch block; there was no cause for concern. can condition worsen? can rbbb worsen?

An : An isolated right bundle branch block can occur in people with no other heart disease, and may never worsen or cause you any trouble. Nothing needs to be done now. Isolated rbbb rarely progresses to complete heart block (rbbb and lbbb), but depending on other health conditions this is possible. Just be sure to let your doctor know if you develop anything like chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, or fainting.

Generally not: This is the most common "abnormal" ECG finding seen in otherwise "normal" patients.
