Abd pain: Your urine shows presence of white blood cells that may be suggestive of infection. Often, the quality of urine sample is not so good to show growth of bacteria. Without confirmed urinary tract infection on the culture, you are pretty much doing empiric antibiotic treatment. Ask your doc to culture your urine in order to know what grows out of it and what antibiotic to treat it with.

RLQ pain: You are using co- trimoxazole for UTI and still having pain. Wbc 18-59 shows pyuria & rbc 0-8 reflect blood in urine but no bacteria and no nitrite or leukocyte esterase positive. You need ultrasound/ ct scan of abdomen & pelvis to rule out different possibilities. Discuss with your doctor and wish you good health.
