See your doctor: It means you may be diabetic. In most patients, glucose does not get excreted into the urine unless the serum glucose is well above 200mg/dl. Therefore even a trace of sugar in the urine may prove to be ominous of the presence of diabetes. Get a complete evaluation by your physician.
