Fear of flying: Is a relatively common problem and is treatable. Find a mental health professional who treats anxiety. Relaxation training (perhaps with the aid of biofeedback -- www.Bcia.Org or www.Aapb.Org) -- combined with cognitive therapy and gradual exposure is very effective.

Acupuncture: I agree w dr. Stewart. I have a similar problems. I have an acupuncturist place gold or titanium asp acupuncture needles in my ears. Mine usually stay in about 7 days. I just flew across country in the last 24 hours, stop overs, rental cars, etc - I have felt perfectly calm due to the needles. I encourage you to look into it. It won't interact with any of your other medications either.
