Asthma: First thing to do is stop smoking. Next do youtake inhalers for your asthma which can elevate your heart rate and blood pressure? If you continue to have your blood pressure increase or is time to see your doctor!

Asthma : If your asthma is not controlled and you have persistent shortness of breath or have to give effort for breathing, your blood pressure might go up including diastolic blood pressure. Diastolic blood pressure in the mid 80's is normal.
