Doctors cant find anything wrong. blood normal. chest pressure, breathing normally, normal bp. feels like squeezing, but i can breathe normally. stomach is hard, overweight, what could be going on? it comes and goes. i can drink and eat as well?

Chest pressure: Did you get a cardiac evaluation?. Causes of Chest pressure can range from anxiety to cardiac. In the absence of risk factors like heart diseases and diabetes etc ,anxiety can be a culprit.
