Better to be safe!: It is impossible to know whether you should go to the hospital or not on the internet, but if in doubt, it's usually always better to be safe than sorry! i would call your local hospital er and speak to the nurse in charge so she can ask you more details about your pain, and whether or not to go to the hospital.
