Depend and yes, yes.: it really depend how bad your leg and abdominal pain are. if your abdominal pain is very frequent , and is severe, it could be you are in labor, and the abdominal pain is contraction, so yes go to the hospital. your leg pain , if it is associated with recent edema, I will be concern about DVT. which is deep vein thrombosis, that could be dangerous. so yes go to the hospital please.
