Severe pain in abdomen for 12+hrs, no sleep. hospital tests only show higher whitebloodcells... pain nw comes & goes... cld it be early appendicitis?

Doesn't sound good: Unfortunately without more information about the pain itself, other associated symptoms(like diarrhea) and being able to examine you and review your labs/imaging, it's very difficult to guide you well. Could this be appendicitis ... its possible ... but it could be many other pathologies involving the small intestine, large intestine, kidneys, ovaries and others too.
