See your doctor ASAP: Your medication list includes infliximab, which can make you prone to serious infections, so i would not delay seeing a doctor. I don't know how much you are bleeding, but if it is keeping you from sleeping, it my be quite a bit, and since you can't sleep anyways i would go to your local er to be seen. If you have strep or some other bacterial infection, the sooner you start treatment the better.

Tonsil on one side is swollen. Have tonsil stones but its worse this time. Small amount of blood, looks like small cuts on tonsil. Faint bumps on back of throat. Is this something serious or can I stick with home remedies for now? Thanks!
