Bleeding inside the throat is exceedingly rare & you wouldn't taste it. It appears you have an upper respiratory tract infection in view of reddened throat& coughing up mucus. I don't think you need antibiotics now unless you're coughing up copious discolored sputum, have fever or respiratory distress. Make sure dental hygiene is ok. If symptoms don't gradually improve, see MD or ENT specialist
