Mouth breather: You may have a stuffy nose that causes you to breath through your mouth. The mucus in your nose can erode the capillaries in your nose causing the bleeding. Purchase saline gel in the drug store and apply to your nostrils at bedtime. Also use a vaporizer when sleeping
