what's the best time of day to take vitamin c supplements?

Any time is good: Our bodies need vitamin c 24 hours a day so it should not make a big difference when you take it. However, vitamin c does not stay in your body for very long so it is wise to take it at least twice a day. I take vitamin c in the morning and evening but it might be even better to take 3x/day. I advise 500mg-2000 mg per dose. See http://www.Vitamincfoundation.Org/faq.Shtml#q7.
